The head office and warehouse sit together in Balgowlah, a short drive from the Sydney CBD. Keeping design and stock in the same building means a sample can be made, checked and put into production without leaving the site.
Stock is picked here for the three CBD shops and for online orders across Australia. Store managers check warehouse stock through the internal portal before raising an order.
